Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Founded Bridge of Hope Foundation in December 2023 with a small group of young community members. Sets the strategic direction of the organization and represents its work to partners and stakeholders.
Managing Director
Oversees day-to-day operations and the execution of our programs. Brings years of community-based experience and a deep commitment to local ownership of development work.
Executive
Coordinates cross-team initiatives and ensures strategic priorities translate into measurable action. Works closely with partners, donors, and community leaders.
Administrator & Finance Manager
Manages the financial systems, administrative operations, and reporting that keep our work accountable and transparent — down to every contribution.
Communications Manager
Tells the stories of the communities we serve with care, dignity, and honesty. Manages our public voice across every channel.
Programs Officer
Runs our on-the-ground programs — from school support to skills training — and works directly with the community members at the center of our work.
IT Manager
Keeps our digital tools running — the platforms we use for reporting, engagement, and staying connected to our partners and supporters.
Community Coordinator
Our direct link with the communities we serve. Listens, coordinates, and makes sure every project reflects what communities actually need.
